1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement ('distance contract') between you (hereinafter 'the User') and the online store Voloostore (hereinafter 'the Company' or 'Seller'). By using the website (voloostore.ge) and purchasing products, you fully agree to the conditions listed below. 1.1. The online store is operated by Giorgi Khvichia, an individual with Small Business status (ID: 29701040855; Legal address: Martvili district, village Didi Chkhoni). 1.2. These conditions are regulated by the current legislation of Georgia, including the Civil Code and the Law of Georgia 'On the Protection of Consumer Rights'.
2. Product Specifics and Ordering
2.1. Voloostore offers users unique, handcrafted products (including wooden bags and accessories). 2.2. Since each item is made by hand using natural materials (e.g., wood), the product's color, texture, or engraving tone may differ slightly from the photograph. This does not constitute a product defect. 2.3. An order is considered accepted and processing begins after the user completes the payment process and receives an order confirmation.
3. Price and Payment
3.1. Product prices are in the national currency (GEL) and include all taxes stipulated by Georgian law. 3.2. Payment is made in cashless form through the secure payment system (Flitt) integrated into the website. 3.3. Processing of the user's bank card data is carried out only by the partner payment provider. Voloostore does not have access to this data.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1. Delivery at this stage is carried out exclusively within Tbilisi using Voloostore's internal resources. Updates will be made as soon as any changes occur. 4.2. Since products are often made to order, the standard delivery time is determined as several working days. For custom/complex orders, the period may be extended, which the user will be notified of in advance.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
5.1. Unconditional Right of Return: Under Article 13 of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the user has the right to refuse the distance contract without giving any reason and to return the purchased item within 14 calendar days of receipt. 5.2. Return Conditions: The item can be returned only if it maintains its marketable appearance, is unused, undamaged, and accompanied by all original accessories. For unconditional returns, the transport (return) cost is fully covered by the Company. 5.3. Exception (Personalized Items): The unconditional right of return does not apply to items made to individual order or clearly personalized. 5.4. In case of receiving a defective (damaged) product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All materials on the website, including product design, texts, logos, photos, and video materials, represent the intellectual property of Voloostore and are protected by law. 6.2. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of the website's content or product design is prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
7. Additional Conditions and Communication
